We have a no refund policy on subscriptions to The Digital Real Estate Academy unless you follow the 90-day action based policy below. You can cancel your membership at anytime, but must do so before your free trial ends or before your next billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds or credits for monthly or annual payments for The Academy.

We want you to have every opportunity to succeed with The Real Estate Messenger Bot (REMB) and The Digital Real Estate Academy (DREA or The Academy) that you purchased. We want you to be over the moon about how well your business operates after you start using what you’ll learn here.

Which means we expect you to put in the effort to make these strategies work for your business.

Why do we do this?

Because we only want to work with fully-motivated people who are truly dedicated to running their own successful businesses.  

To get your money back, we will expect you to have gone through the entire program(s) and submit proof that you implemented these strategies, and they did not work for you.  

If you followed all the recommendations in our program(s), and don’t feel they worked for you, please submit documentation of your efforts to our team after 90 days but before 95 days of purchasing our program(s) and we’ll refund double the cost of The Real Estate Messenger Bot Program.  

Please Note that install fees are non-refundable.

Here are a few items you need to have done in order to get a double refund on your Real Estate Messenger Bot membership and program(s):

1. Complete install of the REMB on your ManyChat account.
2. Watched all the videos and read through all the materials in The Digital Real Estate Academy and have them marked as complete.
3. Spend at least $500 on Facebook Ads that all directly use the campaign objective of "Messages" every 30 days, within the 90 day period after purchase, totaling $1,500 in ad spend.
4. Ask coaches for help in our Facebook group.
5. Make an honest attempt. This means you put effort and worked all leads over the 90 day period.

An example of an “honest” attempt would be applying work over a 90 day period, participating in the training, and working any and all leads that come into your database.

A dishonest attempt would be waiting till day 90 to ask for a refund when you never asked for any help in the support group and never personally followed-up with your leads in ManyChat or ignored leads that weren't ready to make a move today. 

We have this guarantee to protect the value of our information and coaching. It our responsibility to train you and coach you to the best our efforts. It is your responsibility to apply the training and coaching.

If you do not get results after applying, then it is our fault and we will happily refund you instantly. If you do not apply the training it is unfortunately your fault.

As long as you intend to use this program and do the bare minimum above you you have absolutely zero risk.

The Bot and the program's job is to generate leads and help with follow up, but it is up to the Realtor to close those leads. If there are any leads that have shown interest in buying or selling but the Realtor is unable to close them, a refund will not be issued. We have no control of the Realtor's ability to close a deal and it only takes one deal to have a return on your investment.

Remember that you are in real estate and real estate deals take a little longer to close than other deals.

Please note: You must have run Ads for at least 90 days and not gotten results to qualify for a full refund and contacted our Support team or posted in our Member-Only Facebook Community, asking for help.

You must submit your request and documentation of your efforts to our Support team by 11:59 Pacific time on the 95th day after (but no sooner than 90 days) you purchased your program. You must also connect us to your ManyChat account (if we have been removed) as an admin to view your work and remove our template if a refund is issued.

If you have purchased your program using a payment plan rather than a single payment option, you must qualify for a refund to receive a cancellation.

You should also be able to reference modules in your program if we ask you questions about what you did and how you implemented the information we gave you.

To be totally clear, if you do not include proof that you completed your purchased program and implemented the strategies by 11:59 Pacific time on the 95th day (but no sooner than 90 days) after you purchased the program, you will not receive a refund.  

But I’m pretty sure you won’t have that problem.
